Terms of Service

Each approved customer is issued sign-in credentials. You are responsible for keeping credentials confidential and for all activity under your account, including orders placed by team members you invite. Notify us immediately of any suspected unauthorised use.

You agree to keep your business profile, addresses, and contact details current. Pricing tiers, credit terms, and account managers are assigned to the registered business entity, not to individual users.

Stock is serialized: each unit carries an IMEI, an assigned grade, a tested battery health percentage, a regional variant, and a SIM-lock status. Quantities shown are indicative of available stock at the time of viewing and are not reserved until an order is confirmed.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract forms only when we issue a proforma invoice confirming models, grades, quantities, and the landed price. We may decline or partially fulfil an order where stock has sold, where a unit fails a final pre-dispatch check, or where verification is outstanding. Real IMEIs are disclosed after payment is confirmed.

Prices are quoted per unit in the currency stated on the proforma and are visible only to approved buyers. Tier pricing reflects your assigned volume tier and may change as your trading history changes. Quotes issued by sales or shown against an order are valid for the period stated on the quote (typically 48 hours) and are subject to stock remaining available.

All prices are exclusive of any taxes that may be due in your jurisdiction on resale. Because shipping is DDP (see §6), the landed price on a confirmed proforma already includes freight, insurance, customs clearance, and import duties to your delivery address.

Payment is by bank transfer (wire) against a proforma invoice only. We do not accept credit or debit cards, and no card details are ever collected on the platform. Bank details are provided on the proforma; please quote the order reference with your remittance.

Stock is allocated against your order for the reservation period shown at checkout. Orders move to fulfilment only once cleared funds are received and matched to the proforma. Where part of an order has sold before payment clears, we will issue a revised proforma for the available balance.

We ship Delivered Duty Paid (DDP, Incoterms® 2020) to the address on your order. IAG arranges and pays for freight, transit insurance, export and import customs clearance, and all duties and import taxes to the door. You do not act as importer of record and will not be billed separately by the carrier for duties on a standard DDP shipment.

Delivery dates are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruption, or events outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed and re-route or re-ship where a shipment is lost in transit.

Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery to your stated address. Title to the goods passes to you only once we have received cleared payment in full and the goods have been delivered, whichever is later. Until title passes you may not pledge, resell, or grant security over the goods.

Every unit is IMEI-verified, functionally tested, and graded against our published criteria (A+ Like New, A Excellent, B Good, C Fair) before dispatch. Grade describes cosmetic condition and minimum battery health; all units are fully functional unless explicitly flagged.

We stand behind the grade. If a delivered unit is below the grade it was sold as, we will re-inspect the exact IMEI and make it right — by replacement at the ordered grade, refund of the landed amount, or account credit. This grading-accuracy guarantee is the core of buying from us sight-unseen and is additional to any rights you may have by law.

You have a 14-day inspection window from the date the carrier marks an order delivered to report units that are not as graded, dead on arrival, or not what you ordered. Returns are handled per-IMEI through the RMA flow in your account; the rest of a batch is unaffected.

Approved returns ship back on our prepaid DDP label. Units already resold or activated to an end customer, units damaged after delivery, and buyer’s-remorse requests are not eligible. Full eligibility, accepted reasons, and resolutions are set out in our Returns & RMA policy, which forms part of these terms.

We warrant that goods will, at delivery, materially match the grade, model, specification, and quantity on the proforma. Except for this warranty and the grading-accuracy guarantee, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, the platform and goods are provided without further warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Refurbished devices are pre-owned. Cosmetic characteristics consistent with the assigned grade are not defects. Original manufacturer warranties do not apply.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with any order is limited to the landed price paid for the specific units giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of resale margin, or loss of business, however arising. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Pricing, tier structures, stock availability, and any non-public commercial information shared through the platform are confidential to IAG and provided for your internal purchasing decisions only. You agree not to publish, redistribute, or share platform pricing with third parties outside your business.

You are responsible for compliance with the laws of the territories into which you resell, including consumer-protection, recycling/WEEE, and telecommunications-approval requirements. You agree not to resell into territories subject to applicable sanctions or export restrictions and to comply with all anti-bribery and anti-money-laundering laws.

These terms and any dispute arising out of them are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts. Before commencing proceedings, the parties will attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through their account manager and our trade-relations team.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified to the account email on file and reflected by the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the platform after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
