Grading guide
Every device is graded on two axes — cosmetic condition and minimum battery health — then individually flagged for any fault. You're buying sight-unseen, so this is the only thing that matters. We publish it in full.
No visible wear; screen and body pristine. Indistinguishable from new under normal inspection. Fully functional.
Very light signs of use; faint micro-scratches only visible at an angle. No dents, no screen blemishes. Fully functional.
A mixed lot of A- and B-grade units, sold together at one price. Each unit is either A or B condition. Fully functional.
Visible scratches and/or minor scuffs on body; screen may have light marks not affecting display. No cracks. Fully functional.
Heavier wear: noticeable scratches, scuffs, possible minor dents. Screen fully working but may show marks. Fully functional.
A flag is a specific fault. Flagged units are sold separately at a discount and clearly marked — never blended into a cosmetic grade.
- Screen discolouration, burn-in or shadowing
- Swollen or degraded battery cell
- Failed Face ID / fingerprint sensor
- Cracked glass or housing (front or back)
- iCloud / FRP lock or blacklisted IMEI
- Non-original / aftermarket display or internal part not stated on the listing

Over 200 individual checks across these twelve areas. Every unit passes all of them, regardless of grade, before it ships.
Housings are not OEM. The frame and back on our phones are high-quality aftermarket 1:1 replicas, and the cosmetic grade describes their condition. Every listing states whether the screen is Original, Compatible or Burn-in.
